Packet pickup
Friday November 14th at Brooks Sports Outlet 2410 Bothell-Everett Highway, Suite F-3000, Bothell WA from 11am to 4pm
Saturday November 15th is at Moss Bay Hall in downtown Kirkland at 111 Central Way, Kirkland, WA 98033 November 15th from 11am- 4pm. Swing in, have a beer and a pretzel and grab your packet!
Note – all runners who pick up their packets at Moss Bay or Brooks Sports will be entered into a drawing for two pairs (one per winner) of shoes donated by Brooks Sports.

The event starts and finishes at Juanita Beach Park, Kirkland WA 9703 NE Juanita Dr, Kirkland, WA 98034
10k Runners will start at 9:00 AM. 5K Runners will start at 9:05 AM
The Lil Gobbler Run will start at 10:00 and will contained be within Juanita Beach Park
There is parking available at Juanita Beach Park and in the lot on the north side of Juanita Drive, near Spud Fish and Chips. Parking is limited so please car pool. Note that the Juanita Beach Parking lot will be closed from 8:30 AM until 11:30 AM. An officer will be at the entrance to allow cars to exit when it is safe to do so. Expect some delay in getting out of the park.
Pets are not allowed on course because of insurance reasons. Thank you for your understanding. As for strollers, yes! Please be aware of your fellow participants if they need to pass or you are passing them–always allow for enough space for you and the stroller.
Cash, check or online registration for the event will be accepted onsite at the day-of-event. Discount codes will only be valid during online registration.
Yes. It will be located in the a large box truck in the park. You must provide your own bag. You can either put a tag on your bag prior to arrival with your bib number on it or we will provide you with a tag and pen at Gear Check to do so.
Yes. The event will rent Honey Buckets that will be onsite near the start and finish line and at the aid station on course.
All bib numbers must be worn on the front of your body. Safety pins will be available at packet pickup as well as near the day-of-race registration and packet pickup area.
Yes, we will have a medical tent near the finish line.
There will be one aid station on course with water and at the finish line If you bring your own bottle you are welcome to fill it prior to the race. (Which helps reduce waste)
Yes! We love walkers! Note the we have to close the course at 11:30 am per our permit with the city. This will give you two and a half to complete the 3.1 mile course or th 6.2 mile course
The awards ceremony will take at Juanita Beach park at 10:15 AM The top 3 male and female finishers will be presented their awards. We will also announce the first place finisher for each age group category. After the event come and celebrate at Moss Bay Hall in downtown Kirkland.111 Central Way, Kirkland, WA 98033-6107
On Juanita Drive and 98th runners will be separated from traffiic by cones. Once in the neighborhoods cones will mark a path down the street. Please – stay to your right! Police officers will manage traffic at all stop lights and volunteer will be at each intersection. Note the Kids Race is entirely within Junaita Beach Park, so there will not be any traffic concerns.
We take runner safety serious and in the event of a weather or othe events, the City of Kirkland police will review the course routes on the morning of the event (or earlier) and decide on if the event should take place or not. If it is cancelled, we will (1) post an update on the Kirkland Turkey Trot website and on the Kirkland Turkey Trot facebook page. The Kids Run is .3 miles and is contained within the Juanita Beach Park in Kirkland. The run starts at 10:00 with volunteers helping the kids run along the path and through the finishing arch. Appropriate for kids 2-8. If the kids are older they can easily run a very flat 5K (3.1 miles) and register as a student for a reduced fee.
Registration for the kids run includes a medal and a small treat. Parents are welcome to run with their child without registering for the race.
Refund and Transfer Policy
Unable to Race
If you cannot participate in this year’s race for whatever reason, we can offer you a 50% coupon code for next year’s race. Requests for the 50% discout code must be made one week (7 days) prior to the race date. You are not obligated in any way to use the coupon code, but to obtain it, the request must be made in time. Please e-mail info@snohomishrunning.com for your code. There are no cash refunds
Transferring Your Bib
Transferring your entry to another person (i.e. a bib swap) is not available. Please e-mail ron@cascadestride.com with further questions.
Wait List
If the race sells out, a limited wait list will be made available.
Cancelled Race
In the event of extreme weather, acts of terrorism, acts of God, governmental ban or other factors outside the control of the race management, the race management reserves the right to cancel the race at any moment leading up to the race, including during the race. All decisions will be made in concert with local officials, and will be based on safety first and foremost.
Courses and/or race segments will be altered as agreed to between the management and local officials. Since the majority of event costs (entry forms, advertising, etc.) occur prior to the race, entry fees will not be refunded.
